Vital statistics provides population-level data on patterns and trends in health status of Arizonans ranging from prenatal care and pregnancy outcomes to ethnic differences in morbidity and mortality. The Arizona Health Status and Vital Statistics report examines trends in natality, mortality and morbidity towards established health objectives.
Additional reports and studies provide data on differences in health status by ethnic group , mortality from Alzheimer's disease , health status profile of American Indians , community vital statistics , suicide mortality , firearm-related fatalities , drowning deaths , drug-related mortality and teenage pregnancy in Arizona.

Primary care areas are hospital or clinic-based geographic areas smaller than a county for which statistical data has been collected. Four page reports on each area include demographics and economics, health care resources, utilization rates, and health status including mortality and natality. Some of the County level data have been collated at the AZAHEC site.
Sponsored by Arizona Turning Point, and a variety of other Health organizations, this site is searchable by health topic, community, county and state to provide links to other data sources. This site is only about 10% developed at this point.
